How we handle your request

Your request and optional artwork are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to our email inbox. We do not maintain a customer artwork archive on this website. FormSubmit retains written submissions for 30 days; its documentation says uploaded files are not retained in that archive. Our email provider handles the delivered email and attachment.
